摘要
利用模流分析软件Mold Flow在计算机上对注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,在产品制造前期对产品制造过程中的变形进行预测并修正。通过计算机辅助设计,不仅缩短了产品的设计开发周期,而且保证了产品的制造精度,提高了电机的精度和使用寿命。
The injection process was simulated and analyzed by using Mold Flow software, and the deformation at the former stage of production was predicted and corrected. The design technology shortens the product design and development cycle, it also can ensure the accuracy of product manufacturing and improve the motor precision and service life.
