摘要
为实现对光盘级聚碳酸酯(PC)的回收利用,以甲苯为溶剂、NaOH为催化剂、Na2S为产品保护剂,对其进行甲醇醇解反应,考察了各个反应因素对醇解反应的影响。研究结果表明:光盘级PC可在反应时间40 min、反应温度60℃、V(甲醇):V(甲苯)=1:3、m(PC/g):V(有机溶液/ml)=1:3.15、m(Na2S):m(PC)=1:30、m(NaOH):m(PC)=1:20及匀速搅拌的最佳反应条件下实现完全醇解解聚,碳酸二甲酯收率可达到90%以上。
In order to recycle the CD-grade polycarbonate(PC), dimethyl carbonate(DMC) was prepared by methanolysis under atmospheric pressure using toluene as solvent, NaOH as catalyst and Na2S as protective agent. All factors affecting the reaction were investigated. The results show that all CD-grade PC can be methanolysis under the optimum conditions of reaction time 40 min, reaction temperature 60 °C, V(methanol):V(toluene)=1:3, m(PClg):V(organic solution/ml)=1:3.15, m(Na2S):m(PC)=1:30, m(NaOH):m(PC)=1:20, stirring at uniform speed, and the yield of DMC can reach to above 90%.
