摘要
介绍了光盘级聚碳酸酯的牌号、性能、市场及发展 ,分析了影响其注射成型的工艺因素 ,讨论了DVD用PC树脂的要求 ,提出了成型工艺控制要点。
The features and development of polycarbonate for optical disc were introduced. The influence factors of injection molding processing polycarbonate were discussed. The trouble shooting guides to injection molding of optical discs were also given. The specifications of polycarbonate for DVD were dicussed.
