摘要
通过力学性能、疲劳性能测试和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)、聚酰胺6(PA6)和增容剂对PP/PPR/PA6复合材料力学性能和耐疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:适当比例的PPR、PA6和增容剂可以改善体系的力学性能和耐疲劳性能;当其添加比例分别为6%、12%和4%时,可制得疲劳性能最好且符合客户要求的增强PP/PPR/PA6复合材料。
The effects of PPR, PA6 and the compatibilizer on the mechanical property and the fatigue property of PP/PBR/PA6 composites were studied through mechanical property test, fatigue property test and SEM. The results show that: the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of composites improve with the rational proportion of PPR, PA6 and compatibilizer. The strengthened PP/PPRIPA6 with best fatigue properties can be obtained with the addition proportion of 6% PP, 12% PA6 and 4% compatibilizer, and it can meet the requirements of customer.
