摘要 通过对T700/3234碳纤维复合材料层合板进行静力拉伸试验和拉-拉疲劳试验,得到层合板的拉伸性能、疲劳寿命和刚度衰减规律,然后采用数值分析方法对层合板的拉伸强度进行预测,并对碳纤维层合板的疲劳S-N曲线以及疲劳刚度衰减进行了研究。结果表明:采用逐渐累积损伤的数值方法所得到的拉伸强度与试验结果较为吻合,根据疲劳理论拟合得到的S-N曲线和刚度衰减曲线很好地描述了材料的疲劳性能,为研究T700碳纤维层合板的疲劳损伤演化提供了重要参考。 The experiments on static and fatigue behaviors of T700/3234 carbon fiber reinforced composite laminates were carried out here, and ultimate tensile properties, fatigue life, and stiffness degradation rule were obtained. Based on experimental data, ultimate tensile strength was predicted by numerical methods, and the S-N curve and stiffness degradation curve were studyed. It appears that the static strength obtained by the method of damage progression analysis agrees well with the experimental result, and the S-N curve and stiffness degradation curve fittied by fatigue theory can describe the fatigue property commendably, which provides a significant reference for studying the fatigue damage evolution ofT700 carbon fiber laminate.
