摘要
探讨了随环氧树脏含量的增加。环氧树脂/粉煤灰复合材料的强度.韧性以及微观结构的变化趋势。结果表明:当环氧树脂含量增加到30%时,复合材料的拉伸强度.断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别是环氧树髓含量为15%时的329%.168%和257%。环氧树脂含量进一步增加。复合材料的各项性能变化不大;环氯树膳含量达到30%时,复合材料形成了分布均匀的2μm左右的小气孔,并且其密度和尺寸睫着环氧树髓含量的增加而增大。环氧树腊含量为30%-40%时,环氧树脂/粉煤灰复合材料的综合性能量好。
The changing trends of strength, toughness and microstructure of fly ash-epoxy resin composite with the increase of epoxy resin content were researched. The results show that: when the content of epoxy resin increases to 30%, the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength of composite has changed to 329%, 168% and 257% respectively compared with those of composite when the content of epoxy resin is 15%; and then the properties of composites change slightly with the content of epoxy resin continuously increases. When the content of epoxy resin increases to 30%, the stomata with size of about 2 pm form uniformly in composites, and the density and size of stomata increases with the increasing of epoxy resin content. The comprehensive properties of the epoxy resin/fly ash composites are optimal when the content of epoxy resin is 30%-40%.
