摘要
本文应用金属能带理论对Hume-Rothery相形成过程进行了分析讨论,结果表明:Hume-Rothery相是不同晶体结构的第I布里渊区在与费米面接触时形成的,此时将发生能量的陡变,导致电子浓度的改变.同时也表明了合金结构的变化是服从费米能最低原理的.
The formation process of Hume-Rothery phass has been analyzed and discussed by the band theory of meta1s in thi5 paper. The results show zhat Hume-Rothery Phase is formad while the first Briiloiam zone is in contact with Ferrii energy plane, but the e1ectronic energy will change sharply and causes the change of electronic concertration This proves that the change of crystalline structure of the alloy obeys the principle cf the lowest energy
