摘要
参照两电平逆变器矢量合成算法,对三电平逆变器空间电压矢量脉宽调制算法进行了推导.在分析空间电压矢量作用顺序基础上,根据每个调制周期内中矢量均参与矢量合成,而中矢量的两个开关状态对中点电位偏移有较大影响的特点,提出了抑制中点电位偏移的措施,即依据直流链电容中点电位漂移的情况,调整中矢量两个开关状态的作用时间,保持逆变器的直流电压平衡.试验结果验证了方案的有效性.
The space voltage vector PWM method for three-level inverter is provide. The switch character is analysed. In every PWM period, middle vector is used to compose the referenced voltage vector. What is more, every middle vector has two switch states which have different confluence to neutral voltage. The control method for suppressing neutral point voltage deviation is given by modifying the working time of middle vector. Therefore, DC voltage balancing is acquired after applying the method. By means of a induction motor speed regulation system the proposed method is verified by experiment results.
