摘要
试验优化获得一可用于Frings醋酸发酵的自制营养盐,其物料及用量分别为:葡萄糖49.3%,酵母粉29.1%,柠檬酸铵14.6%,磷酸二氢钾3.4%,磷酸二氢钠1.7%,硫酸镁2.0%,自制营养盐与Frings营养盐按2∶8混合用于Frings醋酸发酵,可节约成本13.7%,发酵周期与Frings营养盐无明显差异。
This paper showed a homemade nutrient salt by test for acetic acid fermentation in Frings Acta- tor, this salt Includes glucose 49.3%,yeast powder 29.1%,ammonium citrate 14.6%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3.4%, sodium dihydrogen phosphate 1.7%, magnesium sulfate 2%.This homemade nutrient salt and the Frings nutrient salt mixed by 2：8 can save the cost of 13.7%,and there is no significant differ- ence in the fermentation cycle.
