摘要
本文采用巴氏醋酸杆菌As1.41,进行活化、分离,分别以蔗糖、淀粉、葡萄糖、糊精、糖蜜为碳源进行了产醋酸发酵培养和产酸量测定。最后以产酸量最高的糖蜜为碳源,在不同乙醇浓度、培养温度、矿化度和pH值条件下进行产酸定性试验及其研究,从而确定醋酸杆菌As1.41最佳的培养条件。得出以添加糖蜜为碳源醋酸菌产酸量最高,发酵时间短,可作为微生物驱油菌,用于油水井酸化,提高原油采收率。
Using acetobacter pasteurianum Asl. 41 for activation, separation , then take the sucrose, starch, glucose, dextrin, molasses as the carbon source for producing acetic acid fermentation and acid test. Finally, take the high acid production of molasses as the carbon source, in different ethanol concentration., temperature, salinity and pH value conditions for acid qualitative tests and studies to determine Acetobacter Asl. 41 the best culture conditions. Obtained the acetic acid fungus added molasses may obviously propose the sour production, The fermentation time is short, may take as the microorganism displacement oil fungus, using in the oil well acidification, enhances the crude oil recovery ratio.
