在大数据时代背景下,知识整合日益成为CDRS组织保持持续竞争优势亟待解决的问题。为此,结合CDRS知识整合和动态能力理论分析,构建基于动态能力的CDRS知识整合模型,详细地探讨动态能力、知识整合平台、知识整合能力和运行机制诸要素间的具体作用机制,对于动态能力、CDRS知识整合与服务创新绩效间的内在联系具有重要意义,也为获取动态能力和全面提升CDRS组织绩效提供可供选择的理论模式。
