文章简要介绍了知识管理的定义 ,提出了知识整合的概念及其内涵 ,重点阐述了知识整合的几种主要形式及其在组织中的作用 。
The paper defines knowledge management,and theconcept of knowledge integration and its connotation,by focusing on the major forms of knowledge integration and its function in an organization and stressing the significance of knowledge integration in knowledge management.
