叙述了超纯轴承钢的生产工艺特点和质量水平。 10 0年来 ,轴承钢的化学成分基本未变 ,而疲劳寿命成倍提高 ,氧含量由 0 .0 0 3 %～ 0 .0 0 5 %降到 0 .0 0 0 5 %左右。中国轴承钢的年产量已达 6 0万 t以上 ,跃进了轴承钢生产大国的行列 ,基本满足了轴承行业的需要。大冶特钢采用 6 0 t DC EAF— 6 0 t L F+ VD— CC工艺生产的轴承钢 ,氧含量降到了 0 .0 0 0 93 %。
