摘要
通过两步阳极氧化法由铝片制得高度有序的多孔氧化铝膜(PAA),采用高电压瞬时脉冲法分离出完整而独立的多通孔氧化铝模板。用SEM对其表面进行分析,结果表明用瞬时电压脉冲法可以很好地分离出完整的通孔膜,且膜质量很高。孔直径为40~50nm,孔间距为90~105nm,膜厚度为25μm左右,孔密度高达1.34×10^(10)个/cm^2。通过4次阳极氧化的时间电流密度曲线对比,表明两步阳极氧化可以刺得高度有序的PAA膜。
By two-step anodic oxidation method, the highly ordered porous alumina membrane (PAA) is prepared from aluminium, and the complete and independent porous alumina template is detached by transient pulse method from the alumi- num base. Then its surface is analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the PAA film can be detached completely by transient pulse method, what's more, the quality of the film is very good. The hole diameter is 40 - 50 nm, holes' interval is 90 - 105 nm, the thickness of film is about 25 Ixm, and the density of holes is up to 1.34×10^10个/cm2. The contrast of the time-current densities curves of four times anodic oxidation shows that two-step anodic oxidation can pro- duce highly ordered porous alumina membrane.
