摘要
对电泳涂装工艺原理进行了介绍,对其特点和工艺过程进行了分析。结合生产实际和技术资料,通过试验,分析固体分、电压、酸碱值、温度等铝合金型材电泳涂装工艺参数对漆膜质量的影响,进而得到工艺参数控制范围。
The principle of electrophoretic coating technology was introduced,and its characteristic and process were analyzed.Based on production practice and technical data,the influence of electrophoretic coating process parameters of aluminum alloy profile such as solid content,voltage,pH value,temperature on the quality of paint film was analyzed through experiment,and thus the control range of process parameter was obtained.
