摘要
对贮氢合金La( NiSnCo)5 .12 进行了机械球磨的研究。通过XRD、SEM 和TEM 对破碎后的贮氢合金粉进行了晶体结构与表面形貌的测量。发现球磨时间越长,合金颗粒越小。通过电化学方法对贮氢合金氢化物电极进行了研究,结果表明球磨极大地改善贮氢合金的活化性能与放电速率特性,但合金寿命受到较大的损害。球磨后的粒径控制在2 ~10 μm 的范围较合适。
A study is given of mechanical ball milling on hydrogen storage alloy, La(NiSnCo) 5.12 . By measuring the crystal structure and surface morphology of powders of the hydrogen storage alloy by ERD, SEM and TEM, it was found that the longer the time for ball milling, the smaller the alloy′s particles. The metal hydride electrode was studied by means of electrochemical methods. The results obtained showed that the activation performance and discharge rate of the hydrgen storage alloy were greatly improved by ball milling. However, the cycling life was reduced. It was appropriate to control the particle size in the range of 2~10 μm.
