摘要
采用高能球磨法制备了平均粒径约50nm纳米晶Ni。向ZrCrNi合金粉中添加w为2%的纳米晶Ni.然后将这种混合粉末进行球磨,得到了表面包覆纳米晶Ni的ZrCrNi合金粉。电化学测量表明这种合金粉比未经处理的ZrCrNi粉具有更高的电化学活性和放电容量。结合SEM和EDX结果,对其机理进行了探讨。
Nanocrystalline Ni with the average grain size of about 50 nm was synthesized by high energy mechanical grinding. This nanocrystalline Ni was added to ZrCrNi alloy powder with a weight ratio of 1:50. By ballmilling this composite powder, a type of composite particle were prepared. Electrochemical measurement revealed that the electrochemical activity and discharge capacity of ZrCrNi alloy were greatly improved after this process. The activation mechanism was also discussed based on SEM and EDX results.
