摘要
对比了3类航空紧固件用钛合金材料,分析了TC16钛合金的应用概况、材料特征及紧固件加工方法。与俄罗斯产BT16合金进行了比较,对近几年TC16钛合金的发展现状、研究难题及最新研究动态进行了阐述,总结了TC16钛合金材料的自身独特优势,预测了今后TC16钛合金的应用及发展前景。
The three kinds of titanium alloy materials for aerospace fasteners were compared. TC 16 alloy application profiles, material characteristics and fasteners processing methods were emphatically analyzed. By comparing with Russian production of BT16 alloy, the development status, research problems and latest research trends of the alloy were discussed in recent years. TC 1 6 alloy owning unique advantages were summaried. The application and development prospects of the alloy in the future was forecasted.
