摘要
研究TC6合金在960℃变形时不同变形程度、不同热处理制度,并对室温拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明,经过不同变形程度后组织发生了变化,变形量越大晶粒组织越细小。等温退火后塑性较高,强度较低;固溶时效处理后强度明显提高,而塑性低于等温退火状态。
The deformation amountsand different heat treatment of TC6 alloy were studied in this paper. And the room temperature tensile propertier were tested. The results show that the microstructures of TC6 alloy change after different deformation amount. The grain size decreases when the deformation amount increases. The intensities after isothermal annealing are more lower than that after solution annealing and aging , the plasticity after isothermal annealing is more higher than that after solution annealing and aging.
