摘要
在高速线材轧机上 ,轧制不同规格的产品时 ,通过适当选择夹送辊的槽形及辊径、夹送方式 ,并对夹送辊辊缝、夹送辊速度等进行联合调整 ,可以保证精轧—夹送辊之间处于合适的张力控制状态 ,实现稳定轧制。
In rolling production by high speed wire mill, tension condition between finish rolling mill and pinch roll could be controlled by use of selecting good groove shape and diameter of pinch roll,well pinch mode, and by adjustment on clearance and speed of the pinch rolls. Thus ,stable rolling could be guaranteed.
