摘要
叙述了高速线材轧机轧制阀门钢４Ｃｒ９Ｓｉ２线材试生产的结果，包括生产的阀门钢线材的尺寸、表面质量、显微组织和力学性能；探讨了采用高速线材轧机和横列式２５０轧机生产阀门钢线材的优缺点。
The pilot production results of valve steel 4Cr9Si2 with a high precision rod continuous mill including thesize, surface quality, microstructure and mechanical properties of the product are described in this paper. Thecharacteristics of high precision rod continuous mill and 250 open-train mill to produce valve steel product arealso discussed.
