摘要
目的研究肝豆状核变性的MRI影像特点及与临床症状的关系。方法 13例经临床及化验证实的肝豆状核变性患者,男性8例,女性5例,均行头颅MR检查。结果病范围较广泛,多集中于基底节、丘脑及脑干,异常信号为对称分布,T1WI呈低信号或等信号,T2WI多表现为高信号或稍高信号,2例豆状核T2WI高信号中央出现片状低信号。三例有轻度脑萎缩表现。结论 MRI可清晰显示肝豆状核变性脑部病变,有助于肝豆状核变性的临床诊断,且病变程度与临床表现相关。
Objective To study the correlation of MRI characteristics and clinical manifestations on hepatolenticular degeneration, Methods 13 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration confirmed by clinical and experiment results performed MRI scanning, in which 8 male and 5 female. Results The range o（disease is extensive, more focused on the basal ganglia, thalamus and brainstem, showed hypointense or equal signal on T1WI, hyperintense or mildly hyperintense on T2WI. while flake low signal appeared in the center of the nucleus lentifonnis in 2 cases.The mild brain atrophy was showed in 3 patients. Conclusion MRI Can display the Wilson＇ s brain lesions clearly, the MRI findings were helpful to the diagnosis of hepatolenticular degeneration and it correlated with its clinical manifestations.
