摘要 肝豆状核变性最早由Wilson报道,是一种少见的常染色体隐性遗传性疾病,多见于青少年,其特点是铜代谢异常,导致铜在肝、脑、肾和角膜等组织器官内异常沉积,引起一系列病理改变而出现多样化的临床症状。本文着重讨论肝豆状核变性的脑MRI表现,旨在提高诊断水平。
