摘要
英国对历史公园的遗产价值认知起源于上世纪中页,到现在已拥有完善的保护管理体制和先进的保护理念。本文在介绍英国历史公园遗产保护发展历程和管理机制特征的基础上,以英国皇家植物园邱园为实例,分析邱园的遗产保护管理规划是如何在保护强化了其遗产价值的同时实现其在当代社会的角色转型,进而取得了遗产保护与当代发展的双重成功。希望通过探讨基于遗产价值评估的保护与发展策略,为我国历史公园的保护与发展提供参考与借鉴。
British developed the awareness of heritage protection of historic park in the middle of last century with a sound heritage management system and advanced protection concepts. Based on the introduction of history and management system of heritage protection and development of historic park in the UK, this paper takes royal botanic garden, Kew as an example, analyses how its heritage management protected and strengthened Kew＇s heritage value, and transformed Kew to adapt to the contemporary society successfully. Through exploring the protection and development strategies based on heritage value assessment, this paper hopes to provide some advices to China.
