摘要
文章叙述了用RIGAKU的RIX3000型光谱仪,应用基本参数法,以标准样品测定谱仪对各元素的灵敏度系数,对钴基合金样品作全元素分析。
The paper describes X-ray fluorescence analysis of Co - base alloys by means of RIGAKU RIX3000 X - ray spectrometer. The sensitivity coefficients of spectrometer to elements were calculated using standard samples. The fundamental parameter approach was used to determine elements in samples of Co - base alloys.
