Problems Emerged in the Application of Electronic Medical Records in Clinical Teaching and Relevant Countermeasures

摘要 本文结合作者在临床带教过程中应用模板化电子病历的体会,以及相关文献,总结了临床教学中使用电子病历模板出现的问题:导致学生产生惰性,病历缺少个性特点,病历内容的堆砌、自相矛盾,学生临床基本功减弱。文中提出了相关的应对措施:发挥学生的主观能动性,增强教师责任心与带教水平,加强学生与教师之间的交流。了解这些问题及对策将有利于临床教学的改进。 Combined with the experience of the author and related literatures, this paper summarized the problems emerged in the application of electronic medical records in clinical teaching, such as leading to inertia, lack of individuality of the medical records, incoherent content, self-contradiction and weakening clinical basic skill of students. And also we put forward relevant countermeasures such as arousing the enthusiasm of students, enhancing the responsibility and teaching skill of teachers and increasing communications between students and teachers. The understanding of these problems and relevant countermeasures will helpful to the improvement of the clinical teaching.
