摘要
目的：建立维地红涂剂中地塞米松的含量测定方法，保障临床用药安全有效。方法：高效液相色谱法,迪马C18柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（80∶20∶0.5）；检测波长：240nm；进样量：20μl；柱温：30℃；流速：1ml·min-1。结果：地塞米松在3.0～96.0μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=1.01%（n=9）。结论：所建方法便捷、重复性好,适用于维地红涂剂中地塞米松的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone in Verdihong paints to ensure safety and effectiveness of the clinical medicines. Methods： An HPLC method with a Dikma C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （80∶20∶0.5）, the detection wavelength was at 240nm, the injection volume was 20 μl, the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. Results：The standard curve of dexamethasone was linear over the range of 3.0-96.0μg·ml-1（r=0.999 7）. The average recovery was 99.45% with RSD of 1.01%（n=9）.Conclusion：The method is simple with good reproducibility, and can be used in the determination of dexamethasone in Verdihong paints.
