摘要
目的:建立维地红涂剂中地塞米松的含量测定方法,保障临床用药安全有效。方法:高效液相色谱法,迪马C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(80∶20∶0.5);检测波长:240nm;进样量:20μl;柱温:30℃;流速:1ml·min-1。结果:地塞米松在3.0~96.0μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=1.01%(n=9)。结论:所建方法便捷、重复性好,适用于维地红涂剂中地塞米松的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone in Verdihong paints to ensure safety and effectiveness of the clinical medicines. Methods: An HPLC method with a Dikma C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (80∶20∶0.5), the detection wavelength was at 240nm, the injection volume was 20 μl, the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. Results:The standard curve of dexamethasone was linear over the range of 3.0-96.0μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.45% with RSD of 1.01%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple with good reproducibility, and can be used in the determination of dexamethasone in Verdihong paints.
