摘要
Racl(即Rac相关的C3肉毒素底物1)是Rho家族成员之一。Rho家族在细胞的一些基本功能中起着"分子开关"的作用,参与了细胞的运动、1肌动蛋白重组、肿瘤的恶性转型、侵袭转移、转录因子的调节、细胞的凋亡以及肿瘤的血管生成等过程。Racl在细胞运动与黏附、细胞的增殖分化与凋亡、肿瘤的侵袭与转移以及免疫调节等方面部发挥了重要的作用。本文就Racl的结构特点、主要生物学作用及其调控机构等方面的最新研究进展进行介绍。
Racl (Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate) is one of the Rho family members. Rho family plays a vital role in basic cellular functions, such as cell motility, actin reorganization, tumor malignant transformation, invasion and metastasis, regulation of transcription factors, cell apoptosis and the process of angiogenesis. Racl has an important role in cell motility and adhesion, cell proliferation, cell differentiation and apoptosis, tumor invasion and metastasis, and immune regulation. In this paper, the latest re- search progress in several aspects of the structural characteristics of Racl, the main biological role and its regulatory mechanisms will be introduced.
