摘要
β-内酰胺酶是乳及乳制品中的非法添加物,卫生部已发布相关检测方法,但是方法耗时,不利于乳制品企业应用。本文采用间接测定原理,即利用β-内酰胺酶在原料乳中降解青霉素G(青霉素钠)的能力,建立了外源性β-内酰胺酶快速检测方法,并确定了该方法的检出限、重复性和抗干扰性能。结果显示:该方法的检出限为4IU/mL,10组平行性实验结果符合度为100%;阴性样品的掺假添加检测结果均为阴性,说明抗干扰性能好;对阳性结果的样品进行定量验证,验证结果均为阳性,说明准确度高,且普遍性较好,是一种适应用于原料乳收购过程的快速检测方法。
Adding exogenous β-lactamase to the raw milk is banned in Chinese laws and regulations. Presented method promulgated by Chinese government is time-consuming and inappropriate for the test of the raw milk receiving. Thus it is imperative to develop a method for rapid detection ofβ-lactamase in the raw milk. In this study, we used the capacity of theβ-lactamase to decompose the penicillin G and attempted to establish a rapid detection method for detecting β-lactamas in raw milk. The results showed that the detection limit of method was 4 IU/mL. The repetitive veriifcation showed that the result 100%ift among 10 groups of parallel samples. The anti-interference performance of negative samples was good. The average positive detection rate of raw milk of ten regions was 4.46%with the rapid detection method, then the positive samples were quantitative validated and the veriifcation results were all positive, so the rapid method had high detection accuracy and good universality, it was suitable for the raw milk purchasing in dairy companies.
