摘要
伏马毒素是动物饲料中常见的霉菌毒素之一,能引起马脑白质软化症、猪肺水肿等疾病,给多种动物肝脏,肾脏造成损伤,甚至引起肿瘤发生,且人食管癌和神经管型缺陷病也可能与伏马毒素有关,对畜禽和人的健康造成很大的危害。论文主要对伏马毒素的一般性质、污染情况、毒性效应、检测方法及预防措施等方面进行了综述。
Fumonisins are a group of mycotoxins that occur commonly in animal feed,which can cause equine leukoencephalomalacia,porcine pulmonary edema and inj ure many kinds of animal liver and kidney cells,e-ven can cause cancer.The human esophageal carcinoma and neural tube defects may also be associated with fumonisin.Fumonisins make great threat to animal and human health.This paper focused on the general properties of fumonisins,contamination,toxic effect,prevention and control methods.
