摘要
利用ISSR分子标记技术对95份葡萄品种(系)资源进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析.结果表明,12条引物扩增出160个清晰可辨位点,其中多态性位点147个,多态性为91.88%;95份葡萄资源的平均有效等位基因数1.4326,平均Nei's基因多样性指数0.2598,平均Shannon信息指数0.3979;品种间的遗传相似系数0.55000-0.99375,平均遗传相似系数0.72171;聚类分析结果表明,95份葡萄资源划分为3大类,分别为欧亚种、欧美杂种和东亚种群,这与葡萄传统分类结果一致.
Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers were conducted to assess the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of 95 V/t/s cultlvars (lines). The results showed that 12 ISSR primers produced 160 loci among the 95 grape resources, of which 147 were polymorphisms, and the percentage of polymorphic loci was up to 91.88%. The average value of the effective nllmher d alleles, Nei's genetic diversity and $liannan's information index was 1.4326, 0.2598 and 0.3979, respectively. The genetic similar- ity coefficients between grape varieties ranged from 0.55000 to 0.99375 in the 95 resources, and the average genetic similarity coef- ficient was 0.72171. According to the cluster analysis, the 95 grape resources were classified into 3 groups, Vids vinifera, inter-spe- cific hybrids ( Vitis vinifera x Vitis labrusca) and eastern Asia population, respectively, which was consistent with the result of tradi- tional classification.
