摘要
由于巨磁电阻效应在基础研究上的重要意义及广泛的应用前景 ,在合金成分和膜 /粒结构方面进行新的探索 ,寻找既具有低饱和场 ,又具有高GMR效应的薄膜材料 ,已成为当前国际上磁性材料的研究热点之一。本文论述了巨磁电阻薄膜材料研究现状、发展前景及其在计算机硬盘读出磁头上的成功应用。
Since giant magnetoresist ance effect (GMR) is important in fundamental research and has extensive potenti al application, researches on alloy components and film/granular structures with high GMR rate and low saturation magnetic field have attracted considerable att ention in magnetic material area. In this paper, a review on the progress in gia nt magnetoresistance films and their application as the high density read head o f computer hard disk is presented and the prospects of these hi-tech materials are elaborated.
