摘要
以 Visual C+ +为编程工具 ,开发了一个新的反应精馏模拟软件 SRD.该软件具有良好的用户界面 ,解决了由于反应体系在低温下出现分层现象 ,塔顶馏出物进入分相器 。
A new software SRD of simulating reactive distillation processes was developed by use of Visual C++. The software has a good user interface. It solved the problem of simulating a special catalytic distillation process. As for the process, the stuff distillated on the top of the tower is cooled to some certain temperature, then transported to a decanter in which distillation is split into two phases, organic and aqueous phases. The latter is recycled to the catalytic distillation tower.
