摘要
非智力因素中的动机和兴趣在学习中有着重要的作用,教师在各学科教学中均应重视非智力因素的引导,才能切实提高教学质量。
The motive and interest in the non-inteligence education play a good role in the learnings.Teachers should pay a great attention to the guidence of the non-inteligence, so as to raise their quality of the teachings.
