摘要
目的：探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取我院2009年1月~2012年12月收治的高血压患者72例为观察研究对象，依据诊治用药措施的异同分为观察组（CCB联合ACEI治疗组）和对照组（单纯CCB治疗组）各36例，观察两组的治疗效果，指导临床高血压的用药治疗实践。结果 CCB联合ACEI治疗的患者在临床症状改善、血压控制等方面好于对照组，两组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利可以显著控制血压，改善患者症状及预后，是治疗原发性高血压有效、安全的联合用药方案，值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate combined with enalapril in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods A total of 72 patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were selected as subjects. These patients were equally divided into observation group and control group to receive calcium channel blocker （CCB） plus angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） and CCB alone, respectively. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were evaluated to provide guidance for clinical medication in hypertensive patients. Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of improvements in clinical symptoms and control of blood pressure （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate combined with enalapril can significantly control blood pressure, relieve symptoms, and improve prognosis in patients with hypertension, and it is an effective, safe combination therapy for primary hypertension and worth clinical application.
