摘要
目的了解糖尿病高血压老年患者的用药情况,评价卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的疗效和安全性。方法选取笔者所在医院60例老年糖尿病合并高血压的患者,随机分为两组。实验组首用卡托普利12.5～25mg,3次/d,联合硝苯地平控释片30mg,1次/d治疗;对照组单药卡托普利12.5～25mg,3次/d治疗。治疗时间为8周,治疗结束时评价药物的安全性及有效性。结果实验组比对照组患者血压下降明显,达标率高。两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压安全有效,不良反应少,患者依从性好,值得推广。
Objective To discuss how to use the drug of diabetes elderly patients with high blood pressure.Evaluate security and effectiveness of enalapril joint nifedipine to treat diabetes elderly patients with high blood pressure. Methods Selected 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension,all the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly.To give experimental group the enalapril joint nifedipine,enalapril every time 12.5-25 mg,three times a day,nifedipine every time 30 mg,once a day. The control group use enalapril 12.5-25 mg,3 times a day. To evaluate the security and effectiveness of the drug after 8 weeks treatment. Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure of experimental group down significantly,and got high success rate. The curative effect of two groups has significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril joint nifedipine to treat diabetes elderly with high blood pressure is not only safe and effective,but also with little side effects.All the patients have good compliance,is worthy to be popularized.
