CT诊断蛛网膜下腔出血后脑微循环改变的临床探讨

摘要 目的:探讨在蛛网膜下腔出血后为脑循环改变中应用 CT诊断的临床价值。方法:选取我院2011年7月~2012年7月收治的48例蛛网膜下腔出血患者(观察组)和同期健康体检者50例,应用CT检查并比较2组患者脑血容量、脑血流量及平均通过时间差异。结果:观察组在脑血容量、血流量参数值均低于健康对照组,而血流平均通行时间要长于健康对照组( P<0.05),说明SAH患者血容量和血流量普遍偏低,血流通行时间更长。结论:CT诊断对准确分辨患者后脑微循环系统改变有较高的临床诊断价值,建议临床加以研究推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the application of CT diagnosis which is order to change cerebral circulation after the subarachnoid hemorrhage .Methods:Our hospital in July 2011 -July 2012 had treated 48 cases of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage ( study group ) and 50 cases of healthy people from the same period , the CT diagnosis scan and compare blood volume in cere-bral, blood flow in cerebral and the differences of the mean transiting time in the two groups .Results:The blood volume in cerebral and blood flow parameter value in the observation group were lower than the control group , while the average transiting time is longer than that in control group ( P 〈0.05) , it described that the blood volume and blood flow of SAH patients is generally low and blood transiting time long .Conclusion:The CT diagnosis have a high clinical diagnosis value in distinguishing the cerebral microcirculation system change of the patients ,it is recommended to promote its application and clinical research .
