摘要
[目的]通过对某氟化学工业(以下简称"氟化工")企业建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价,分析和确定该建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素并提出合理、可行的建议,以保护劳动者在职业活动中的健康。[方法]在查阅建设项目原有资料基础上,采用现场调查法、检验检测法、检查表法和定量分级法,对该建设项目中产生和存在的职业病危害因素进行定性和定量评价。[结果]该建设项目在设备布置及建筑物卫生学方面基本符合国家卫生标准要求。该建设项目的主要职业病危害因素,即作业场所空气中毒物浓度,均未超标,属于轻度职业病危害。[结论]该建设项目虽然存在多种职业病危害因素,但职业病危害因素控制措施有效,符合我国相关卫生法规和卫生标准要求,但是,企业仍需加强应急处理能力培训及预案的落实。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards control in a fluorine chemical enterprise’s construction project, identify the hazardous factors, and provide reasonably practical suggestions to protect workers’ health. [Methods]Walkthrough, inspection method, checklist method, and quantitative grading were utilized, in combination with the basic information of the project, for the qualitative and quantitative evaluations of potential occupational hazards in the construction project. [Results] Equipment layout and buildings hygienic conditions basically complied with the related national hygiene standards. Except the air toxicant concentrations in the selected workplace were well within the required limits, the intensities of other major occupational hazards were at the average level. [Conclusion] Although a variety of occupational hazards are identified in the construction project, their levels well meet the requirement of relevant national hygienic laws and standards owing to the effective control measures. However, the enterprise should strengthen training on emergency response and implementation of emergency plans.
