摘要
目的对某汽车涂料生产项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测法、检查表分析法和职业健康检查法对该项目进行调查和评价。结果该建设项目工作场所中的化学毒物、噪声、粉尘、工频电场等浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生标准的有关要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果良好。
[Objective]To assess the occupational hazards in a automobile coating production project.[Methods]The methods of occupational hygiene investigation,occupational hygiene measurement,checklist and medical examination were applied for investigation and evaluation..[Results]The concentration（intensity） of poisonous chemicals,noise,heat,dusts,power-frequency electric fields and ultraviolet ray in the workplace accorded with the requirements of national laws and regulations of occupational health[Conclusion]The occupational hazards in this project were controlled well.
