摘要
为选择适合重载铁路大跨度钢桁梁的桥面系形式,Midas/Civil程序建立有限元空间模型,通过对山西中南部108 m双线下承式钢桁梁两种不同桥面系的理论计算分析和综合比较,得出大跨度钢桁梁桥面系选用密横梁钢桥面板体系,既回避了混凝土桥面板的裂缝控制难题,又减小了结构自重,节约了用钢量,还增加施工过程的安全性。
To select a bridge deck system suitable for large-span steel truss girder on a heavy-haul railway, the software Midas/Civil was employed to establish spatial finite element model. After theoretical calculation and analysis as well as comprehensive comparison of two different bridge deck systems for a 108m double-track through-type steel truss girder on the Middle and Southern Shanxi Railway, the paper came to a conclusion that the steel deck with dense transverse beam should be used as the bridge deck system of this large-span steel truss girder, because it not only can avoid the cracking control problem in concrete deck system, but also can reduce structure's dead load, decrease the whole steel consumption, and enhance the safety of construction.
