摘要
为探明密横梁桥面系在板桁结合加劲梁中的应用潜力,研究了不同布置参数下的桥面系荷载传递规律,并进行了三参数正交试验,提出了2种宽幅密横梁桥面系布置方案,分析了桥面系的结构刚度、局部受力以及技术与经济性。结果表明,横梁刚度比α与横梁间距比γ是影响荷载传递的主要参数,宽间比β为次要参数。随着α、β、γ的增大,桥面荷载趋于纵向传递。当α<1.15且γ<0.17时,桥面系荷载以横向传递为主。2种密横梁桥面系布置方案加劲梁相比较,桥面系局部刚度和加劲梁抗扭刚度无较大差异。取消节点横梁布置时,桥面荷载分布更均匀,其横向与竖向剪切刚度分别提升22.8%和82.9%,桁架节点局部应力、钢材用量、焊缝数量以及板件类型均减少。所提密横梁桥面系布置方案及计算分析结果可为板桁结合梁桥面系选型提供参考。
To explore the application potential of dense crossbeam decks in plate-truss stiffening girders,the load transfer laws of the bridge deck system with different layout parameters were analyzed and a three-param-eter orthogonal test was conducted.Two types of layout plans of dense crossbeam decks were proposed.The structural stiffness,local stress,technicality and economy were analyzed.The results show that the crossbeam stiffness ratioαand the crossbeam distance ratioγare the main parameters affecting load transfer,while the width-span ratioβis a secondary parameter.The deck load tends to be transferred longitudinally with the in-crease ofα,β,andγ.Whenα<1.15 andγ<0.17,the deck load is mainly transferred transversely.There is no significant difference in the local stiffness of the deck and the torsional stiffness of girder between the two kinds of layout plans of dense crossbeam deck girders.When the joint crossbeam arrangement is canceled,the load distribution on the deck is more uniform.The transverse shear stiffness and vertical shear stiffness of the girder increase by 22.8%and 82.9%,respectively.The local stress of the joint,the amount of steel,the num-ber of welds,and the types of the plates decrease.The proposed layout schemes for dense crossbeam decks and the calculation results can provide reference for the selection of dense crossbeam decks.
