摘要
职工对安全文化的认知程度、认同程度、执行程度直接关系到安全文化实施的效果。培训则是传递安全知识最集中、最有效的载体。通过从丰富培训载体、健全队组培训评价机制、后续培训注重体验触动等方面,初步探讨了煤矿安全文化在培训中的应用。
Employee awareness level, the acceptance level and the implementation degree of safety culture is directly related to the implementation effect of safety culture. Training is the highest concentration and the most effective carrier to teach safety knowledge. In this article, it discussed applications of mine safety culture in training from aspects of enriching training can'iers, perfecting evaluation mechanism in team group training and focusing on experience after training.
