摘要
为了规范煤矿企业职工的不安全行为,避免煤矿事故的发生,基于行为科学理论分析了煤矿事故发生的主要原因,探讨了煤矿企业安全培训存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。研究结果表明:加强对安全培训的重视;制定周密的安全培训计划;不断开拓培训方式;建立激励约束机制;保障安全培训的效果都是煤矿企业安全培训的重点。
In order to standardize the unsafe behavior of workers, avoiding the occurrence of coal mine accidents, the main accident causes and problems existing in safety training were explored based on behavior science theory, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The resuhs show that the key points of safety training should be paid attention on strengthening the emphasis on safety training, developing comprehensive safety training plans, innovativing and exploring training patterns, and establishing incentive and restraint mechanism to ensure the safety training effects.
