摘要
环境问题、全球变化已经危害到人类的发展,走可持续发展之路成为全球各国的共识。可持续发展观旨在追求低碳、环保与发展之间的协调,但现实中三者之间的协调性往往被忽视,鲜有研究来揭示它们之间的关系。为此,设计了城市低碳环保发展评价模型,并以环保模范城市为样本,进行了城市低碳环保发展指数的评价。然后,依据低碳指数、环保指数和发展指数排序之间关系揭示了城市低碳、环保与发展之间的协调性。分析结果发现:我国环保模范城市低碳与发展之间的协调性并不好,低碳与环保、环保与发展之间的协调性更差,这应引起城市管理者以及相关部门的高度重视。
Environmental problems and global changes have already endangers human health development. In this case, choosing the sustainable development becomes a global consensus. Sustainable development aims to pursue the coordination between the low carbon, environmental protection and development. But in reality those coordination often be ignored, not to mention other related research.. For this purpose, this article designs the index include low-carbon, environmental protection and development in city level, and designs the index of evaluation model. And then, using the evaluation model, it evaluates and analyzes the index of the model city for environmental protection. The analysis results show that the coordination between development and low carbon is not good in model city for environmental protection, moreover, their coordination between low-carbon and environmental protection, environmental protection and development even worse. City managers and related departments should pay attention to these problems, and some measures should be taken.
