摘要
基于社会质量理论的视角,本研究采用自编的《幼儿园教师职业幸福感问卷》对963名来自广东欠发达地区14个地级市的幼儿园骨干教师进行了调查。结果发现,总体上广东省欠发达地区幼儿园骨干教师的职业幸福感不高;教师所在幼儿园的性质、教师编制、年龄、教龄、学历等因素对其职业幸福感有显著影响。积极的择业动因能够增强幼儿园教师职业幸福感;在一定范围内收入、社会地位认知与教师职业幸福感呈正相关。影响广东省欠发达地区幼儿园骨干教师职业幸福感的因素主要有社会地位认知、经济收入、自我实现、社会支持、工作特点、工作压力,其中经济收入和社会地位认知影响最为显著。
The professional happiness of kindergarten backbone teachers in Guangdong under-developed areas was low according to the survey done by the authors, which was based on the theory of social quality. There were many factors influencing the teachers' professional happiness, of which the most important ones were the teachers' social cognition of their social status and their income. The government and the society shouht give more supports to these teachers.
