摘要
抗凹性是反映汽车外板性能的重要指标之一。本文根据抗凹性理论,考虑了材料、几何及边界的非线性,并基于ABAQUS软件,运用其隐式算法对某车型引擎盖进行抗凹性模拟分析。通过对引擎盖的抗凹性的分析,对原有的设计方案进行改进,经验证新的方案满足了实际中的生产要求。
Dent resistance is an important indictor which is a reflection of the use of the out of automotive panel.This article is based on the theory of dent resistance and ABAQUS software,also utilizing the Implicit Expression of Arithmetic,considering the material and the nolinear geometry of bonnet of some one automobile.to analysis its rigidity.Therefore.it meets practical requirement through improving its original design proposal.
