摘要
制件返工是一种浪费,是冲压过程中不增值的活动。由于汽车外板制件面品问题(制件产生凹坑、高点、波浪及鼓包等缺陷)返工的制件占制件返工总数的95%左右。为解决外板制件返工问题,对汽车外板件面品问题进行研究,分析上述问题产生的主要变差源,并对变差源进行分析,提出解决外板制件面品问题的方法,以及在生产过程中如何预防出现面品问题。通过对汽车外板件面品问题的解决,提高了制件的品质并降低了制件的返工率。
Part-remaking is a waste and non-value-added during the stamping process. Automobile outer panel surface problems, including potholes, high point, wave and bulging, account for about 95% of the total part-remaking. In order to solve the problems, the paper does research on the automobile outer panel surface quality and analyzes reasons result in the above-mentioned problems and puts forward solution and prevention for the outer panel problems during the production process. By solving the outer panel surface problems, the quality has been improved and the remaking rate has been reduced.
