国家档案局2013发布《数字档案室建设指南》(征求意见稿),赋予数字档案室全新的内涵。本文分析了数字档案室建设的必要性,并对数字档案室建设原则、建设内容与要求进行了解释和说明。
＂Guide to Digital Archive Office＂（draft） issued by the State Archives Administration of China in 2013 gives new connotation to digital archive office. This paper analyzes the necessity of building digital archive office, explains the principles, contents and requirements of digital archive office construction.
