摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立与健全,我们需要对档案馆的功能与定位有正确的认识.分析了当前档案馆功能发挥中存在的利用率低,利用范围狭窄,馆藏匮乏,档案馆社会认识程度差等问题,指出了只有正确认识档案馆的历史记忆功能,资政决策功能以及教育和学术功能等,对档案馆进行正确定位,才能充分发挥档案馆的工作职能.
Along with the our country socialism market economic system gradually establishment,We need have the correct understanding to the archives function and the localization. Analyzed the use factor which in the current archives function display cxisted is low, the collcction is deficient.the archives society knows the degree inferior question. Pointed out only had the corrcct understanding archives the historical memory function, Capital politics decision function as well as education and academic function and so on, Carrics on to the archives correctly locates, only then can fully display the archives the work function
