摘要
在精密铸造成形过程中,铸件的分布方式对其内部温度分布有较大影响,从而影响精铸件质量。本文借助ProCAST软件对单晶空心涡轮叶片的凝固过程进行模拟仿真,通过对温度场和位移场的分析,研究铸件分布方式对精铸件质量的影响。结果表明,合理的铸件分布方式使铸件各部分具有较小的温差,从而不易产生热应力和热裂,最终减小铸件变形,提高精铸件质量。
In precision casting process, due to the distribution of castings had an important influence on the internal temperature distribution, and it also had a great effects on casting quality. With the simulation of the solidification process of single crystal hollow turbine blade by using ProCAST software, this paper researched the effects of the casting distribution on casting quality through the simulation analysis of the temperature field and displacement field. The results show that reasonable casting distribution makes each part of the casting a small temperature difference, and thus it is not easy to produce thermal stress and thermal cracking, ultimately reducing casting deformation and improve casting quality.
